@xavier2dc We don't ask for a placebo group. A standard group, treat with same usual treatment already applied in other hospital is enough to detect a potential CHQ effect.

@xavier2dc If there is difference between standard group and CHQ group, it **may** be explained by CHQ effect (and debiaising data or more studies, with a placebo group, **must** be conduct). If there is no difference, this is **proof** of CHQ uneffectivness.

@xavier2dc And standard group seems ethical at this point. There is no luck lost for patient. He will be treated in all cases. Treatment + CHQ vs treatment alone.
