    @zauberstuhl No, you can't. GeoIP is mostly fucked up now with IPv4 reselling because of exhaustion. Most of content are now behind CDN or anti-DDoS, and so all content share same IP address. Etc

      @zauberstuhl And you're not even able to speak about "service" with encryption. You only see somewhat connecting to a Cloudflare IP adress. What is the real service behind? You don't know at least without DPI-ing the traffic to catch the TLS SNI or X.509 CN
