      @xeraa @noiruh @HujinoKun26 And it's very very wide. Even a single 🇺🇸 employee on a 🇪🇺 company is enough to trigger FISA (via gag order and risk for this employee to be forced to provide data with prohibit to inform it employer).

        @xeraa @noiruh @HujinoKun26 Licence usage is enough. Even just a 🇪🇺 company selling something to 🇺🇸 a single time is theorically enough to trigger FISA (but in this case the 🇪🇺 can/must refuse to cooperate, but may faced prosecution and penalties if refused)
