        @JeimyPove Not at all. Mainly complaint stay without response. No real efficiency. All fines are huge in amount but concern tiny hole in practice.

      @JeimyPove It takes 3-4 years for just verbal punishment on massive violation (reselling full customer database in violation of own ToS for example)
